Very happy with my purchase so far. At first I was nervous because it seemed too good to be true but I found some rural land for a good price.After sending the down payment I received a call within an hour thanking me for the purchase and telling me they would email a contract and an information packet. I received everything quickly it was an easy process.Just make sure you check your land first. Some will need a road built to get to. I got a 0.4 acre lot in Oklahoma for 6400$, no restrictions, road already built, power line very close.

A real company I am buying my own land of this company. I can pay 200 dollars a month for my land. I can also pay more or buy it out right. Great customer service. What I mean about a real company is that I did my homework and looked into this company being legit and it comes out clean. call the US attorney office in Florida and ask them about AGT properties. they will tell you they are licensed with the Florida businesses.

Off grid property in Oklahoma, very little restrictions. Just bought my 1st one. Easy process. Low down, easy terms.

They sell land. I understand prices fluctuate but I felt it was a little over priced. You can see the land purchase history and most lots are bought for 1/8 of the price they're selling. If you buy their land, you have to get permission from the Co. To put an rv or trailer, etc. On the property and tell them where. Not a bad company they get straight to the point no salesman trying to butter you up and use big terms.

Great Company to start investing in real estate. I have already purchased 2 properties with AGT Properties. One was just over a year ago and has been paid off and as stated in the contract the interest was waived since it was paid off within the 12 months. They have always been very helpful whenever I have questions about anything. They also offer 0% interest if paid within 12 months and low down-payments which both have been very helpful. They even answer messages on weekends so they are always working the only thing is that many times phone calls are not answered but they will always text you or email you if they missed a call from you so best form to get ahold of them is using email or sending a text message.

Good company to look at if you're looking for a good piece of property. Not pushy and made buying my first piece of property easy.

I have not been able to buy and finally found this company. I was very leary. I asked so many questions and was treated wonderfully each time. I was amazed with the quick response time and how easy it was with the process. I look forward to dealing with this company again. I highly recommend!

The year before last I signed on a property in Marion Co. Fl. with AGT . Soon after i had some costly roof repairs come up from my home. I was not able to continue with my contract for perches with AGT. Arron with AGT who was my direct contact Understood and released me from my obligation in the contract for property. After offering me several options to try and help me keep the property. He was always kind, professional and understanding. Well here it is almost 2 years later i contacted Arron about another property they had posted. And he was happy to help me get going and i have signed on a new property with ease. Great ppl to work with... I'm 31 and just got land from them a month ago then referred 2 friends to them... TRUSTWORTHY PPL❤️ very ethical as well...oh yea, honestly I thought they were a scam at first 🤦🏿‍♀️🤣🤣, but I called the appraisal district and confirmed they were the rightful owners of the land....🙌🏿🙌🏿🙌🏿❤️
